1. Agreement to Terms

IT Services (Software Development, Network Setup, Cloud Solutions)
Industrial Pallets & Packaging Solutions
AC Repair & Maintenance Services
Laptop Repair & IT Hardware Services
GST, Taxation & Compliance Services

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on our website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on our website
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

4. Service Terms & Conditions

4.1 Scrap & Recycling Services

Pricing is subject to market rates and quality of scrap material
We reserve the right to refuse any material that doesn't meet our quality standards
Payment will be made as per agreed terms after material verification

4.2 Civil & Demolition Services

All work will be performed in accordance with local building codes and regulations
Client must obtain necessary permits and approvals
Payment schedules will be defined in individual service agreements

4.3 IT Services

Service level agreements (SLAs) will be defined for each project
Software licenses and third-party costs are separate unless specified
Ongoing support and maintenance available under AMC contracts

4.4 GST & Taxation Services

All filings are subject to verification of documents provided by client
We are not responsible for any penalties due to incorrect information provided by client
Services will be rendered by qualified professionals

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in each service agreement or quotation
We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, cash, and cheque
Late payments may incur additional charges as per agreement
All prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated
Advance payment may be required for certain services

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before scheduled service
Refunds for prepaid services will be processed as per individual service agreements
No refunds for completed services or services already in progress
Cancellation fees may apply for certain services

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The materials on our website and services are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Advance Zero Waste & Infra Services Pvt Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Advance Zero Waste & Infra Services Pvt Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information. All business details, project specifications, and personal information shared with us will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is as a result of acts of nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, pandemic, epidemic, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms of use at any time without notice. By using our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms and conditions.
